Day 23 – March 15, 2015 First day of Master Practitioner in Rubery and figuring …
Day 8 – February 28, 2015
Today started out grey and cold as I made my way to the bus stop, but my excitement was high since today was the first day of OPT2XL’s NLP Practitioner programme at the Bournville Conference Centre on the Bournville College Campus in Longbridge.
Having not much clue about the landmarks to look out for, I asked the driver to let me know when we reached Longbridge Lane. I have now learnt two things – firstly, don’t depend on the bus driver to alert you to your stop and secondly, listen to your unconscious mind if it is trying to tell you something!!
Needless to say, I ended up several stops AFTER where I should have disembarked and ended up having an invigorating morning walk to my destination – not to worry, I was still on time!
Had a wonderfully reenergizing day as one of four Coaching Assistants; filled with great learning which will help make my own NLP Practitioner trainings even more powerful for my students – and this is only day one! Nicky and Mark are passionate, highly skilled trainers who really know their stuff! Can’t wait for them to come over to Jamaica at the end of May to offer the Master Practitioner Training and impact some of my trained Practitioners to take them to even a higher level.
Met lots of great people today, including a retired Barbadian lady with whom I struck up a conversation at the bus stop while trying to keep warm (it was FREEZING this evening), all the course participants and an elderly gentleman on the bus back home who helped me find the right stop! Another amazing day!
